Wild Rice Apple Side Dish

    1 cup uncooked wild rice
    3 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 cup dried apply slices
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

In large saucepan, simmer wild rice, broth and nutmeg 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until wild rice reaches desired doneness.
