Mexican Wild Rice

    3 tbsp canola oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (9 oz each) Green Giant® Niblets® Frozen Corn, cooked per package directions
    1/2 cup chunky-style salsa

In Large skillet, heat oil; sauté onion, garlic and green pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
