Crostini w/cheesy Wild Rice Spread

    1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
    1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsely
    1 cup Fancy Brand® shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    3 oz cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers, drained
    18 slices French bread (1/2 inch thick), buttered and toasted in oven

In large bowl, combine first six ingredients. In food processor, blend cheese, mayo and peppers until smooth; stir into wild rice mixture. Spread on bread; broil until bubbly
