Fruited Wild Rice Stuffing

    YIELD: 24 portions
    PORTION: 4 oz

    OVEN: 325°F
    BAKE: 45-60 min

    12 cups cooked wild rice
    8 oz soft bread crumbs
    8 oz raisins
    8 oz chopped nuts
    8 oz chopped apple
    1 lb butter or margarine, melted
    8 oz orange juice

Combine all ingredients in full steam table pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 325°F.
