Traditional Minnesota Side Dish

    3/4 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup sherry
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    6 cups cooked wild rice

In a large skillet, saute onion, celery and mushrooms in butter;
add remaining ingredients. Cook until liquid is evaporated and
wild rice is heated through.

6-8 servings
