Wild Rice Pilaf

    1 pkg (6 oz) Portobello sliced mushrooms
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1 box (9oz) Frozen Green Giant® Spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
    1 cup Swanson® Beef Broth
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    salt and pepper, to taste
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup fresh orange juice
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    freshly ground pepper, to taste

In medium skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients; heat through.

6-8 servings
