Traditional Minnesota Wild Rice Side Dish

    3/4 cup each: chopped onion and chopped celery
    2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup sherry
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    6 cups cooked wild rice

In large skillet, saute vegetables in butter; add sherry, salt, pepper and wild rice. Cook until liquid is evaporated and wild rice is heated through. 6-8 servings.
